Ashdowns South East Building Services is managed by Clinton Evans who has over 30 years experience in the building industry. Clinton takes a very hands on approach and is fully involved in every project we undertake from outset to completion. Customer service is at the core of what we do and to enable us to achieve the results that our Clients expect and that we are proud to put our name to we select and use only the most knowledgeable, experienced and skilled tradesmen. We work primarily in the domestic market but are happy to work in the commercial sector; we have carried out shop refits and office refurbishments and redecoration.

As well as working directly for our clients we also work for a number of Chartered surveyors from whom references are available if required. We also have a lot of experience in building insurance related claims. We know how difficult it can be following water or fire damage to your property and the upheaval that can ensue. Every project we undertake is important to us and attention to detail is paramount. The preparation and behind the scenes work must be of an equally high quality to the finishes applied to ensure that our Clients get the outcome they expect from us.

Over the years we have worked on a huge variety of projects from rebuilding and refurbishing a house after a car had driven into the lounge (literally!) to putting a new bathroom in a small flat, from renovating a property on an island in the thames that was accessible only by foot or boat (no vans!) to putting underfloor heating in a townhouse, from refurbishing a large apartment in a mansion house to designing and installing a new kitchen in a three bed semi for a family with a tight budget we enjoyed them all and worked with our clients to ensure they got their desired outcome.
